The Chevy van hubcap and Pep Boys bottom-o-the-line tire show up nicely in this photo.  Several different types of urine-steeped blanket can also be seen inside the car.  Property values for the trailer park were probably plummeting (if that's possible- trailer parks themselves are property-value antagonists) even as this photo was being taken.
