This view really shows how well the car projects that much-sought-after Third World Death Squad image.  Check out the front bumper, a massive steel battering ram which comes to a cruel point in front.  Naturally, the whole thing is securely connected to the frame.  Compare this image to one shot shortly after I got the Impala to see how the appearance has evolved over the 9-year project.
