Please Don't Touch!

Here's a closeup of the finish at the edge of the trunk lid.  You can see some of the original 1965 Aqua paint showing through.  Also visible are several flavors of gasket compound (the horizontal surface next to the trunk makes a good workbench for cutting gaskets, mixing epoxy, etc.) and oil stains.
